Tropical summer weather is a favorite of all. With that in mind we wanted to bring a juice to you that would give you the feeling of being on a tropical beach. We asked ourselves, “What fruit brings the tropics most to mind?”
With that in mind we started with a ripe tropical mango flavor base and added a splash of ripe mandarin to give it a nice blend of mango with citrus. We then decided than no tropical flavor would be complete without the exotic coconut. We now have a true tropical blend that encompasses all the true flavors of the tropics and is a must try for all you tropics lovers. Don’t mis this one, it is a true summer vape and perfect at the beach!

When will my order ship?
In stock orders will be typically shipped within 1-2 business days. In certain situations orders may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. Orders with backordered items will ship once we received them in stock.
Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.

Where is my tracking number?
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Why have I received an email from customer service asking me to verify that I placed the order?
Due to fraudulent orders, we may email you to verify your order.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after the credit card has been charged. Please make sure to double check your order before completing your purchase.
I received my order and there was something wrong, what do I do now?
If there is any issue with your order such as broken bottles, wrong flavours, nicotine levels, etc. please take a photo and email us firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
My order status says, "Unfulfilled". What does this mean?
Unfulfilled means that we haven't shipped your order yet. Once your order has shipped the order status will show as fulfilled.
When I try to check out I see a message that says "There are no shipping rates available for your area". What does this mean?
