With all the varieties of flavors on the market we set out on a mission to find a unique combination that could not be found anywhere. We decided to make a combination of fruit and floral notes to bring you something truly never done before. Lychee being one of our favourites, we started with fresh lychee as a base flavor.
Mixing and trying different blends we found sweet raspberries gave a perfect compliment to the lychee. To top it all off we added a hint of rose petals to give it a unbelievable floral aroma and unique flavor combination that you will never have tasted before. If you want something new and unique to try, this is the flavor for you.

When will my order ship?
In stock orders will be typically shipped within 1-2 business days. In certain situations orders may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. Orders with backordered items will ship once we received them in stock.
Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.
We cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.

Where is my tracking number?
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
It's important that you provide us your phone number for orders in case the courier needs to contact you.
Why have I received an email from customer service asking me to verify that I placed the order?
Due to fraudulent orders, we may email you to verify your order.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after the credit card has been charged. Please make sure to double check your order before completing your purchase.
I received my order and there was something wrong, what do I do now?
If there is any issue with your order such as broken bottles, wrong flavours, nicotine levels, etc. please take a photo and email us firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
My order status says, "Unfulfilled". What does this mean?
Unfulfilled means that we haven't shipped your order yet. Once your order has shipped the order status will show as fulfilled.
When I try to check out I see a message that says "There are no shipping rates available for your area". What does this mean?
